Orders
Orders must be placed a minimum of two weeks prior the event date to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
The deposit varies from order to order depending on the size and items in the order. The deposit is returned at a maximum of 5 days after the drop off of the china, if everything is returned in the same condition. Which includes no scratches, cracks, or any damage whatsoever to the china.
Rental time
Pickup is the day before your event and returns are the day after your event. However, if you have purchased delivery, the delivery is 3 hours before the event and the pickup is 3 hours after the event.
Tea Party Rental Ottawa offers a set up if you require; so that your party looks just like our pictures - for a cost depending on how big your event is.
We are happy to help you with cleaning up the table once your event is over, for a cost depending on how big your event is.
No washing is needed because of how delicate the vintage china is. We just ask that when your party is over, the china is cleaned by removing food from it. After, repack it into the provided container packaging, and we will take care of the rest. This helps to keep our vintage china in pristine quality!
We take cash and e-transfer for payment.
